Update Sept 11, 2026…2 o’clock call from me and by 4:10pm Jacob and Alan got our 2nd floor unit back up from a blank thermostat within the hour. They took the time to vacuum the lines just in case and then ended up replacing the thermostat. AirOne is the best at communicating and for a Friday afternoon last minute problem, was able to get to us. Thank you! Update Spring 2026: Omar and Deangelo came out for the spring maintenance. Great crew and did the usual stellar job, very pleasant and professional. Very happy to have moved my servicing after they replaced my first floor system. Billy and his team are solid and honest; they are always communicating which as busy as they are they still find a way to keep customers informed. Update: Fall 2025 service for heating, 3 systems. George and Omar did a great job and did the “bubble” test for any gas leaks. Pros and friendly.

They install this AC unit about 3 or 4 yrs ago. Have not have any problem with it. Got it serviced today.I got home my AC looked brand new. Thank you.

We use Air One for our regular HVAC maintenance, and after this week, I’m incredibly grateful we do. We had an AC issue come up after normal business hours and initially had to call another 24/7 company. Unfortunately, after two service calls within a week we were left without AC again and still didn’t have a clear understanding of what was causing the problem. At this point, I reached out to Air One desperate for help. Billy was kind enough to come out after normal closing time, even though he absolutely didn’t have to. Billy not only got our AC working again but took the time to explain our system, what had happened, what likely caused it, and why we had continued having issues. After a very frustrating week, I am so incredibly grateful for Air One and Billy. We are so glad we use them for our maintenance and HVAC repairs and truly appreciate them going out of their way to help us.

I have been a customer of Air One for over 10 years. The Team ..Technicians and staff are wonderful . The Techs. are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and provide quality work. Throughout the years I have had a few issues ..all of them resolved in a timely manner. I have not been disappointed. I thank the Lord for Billy and his team.

Air One Cooling was one of the only companies to be able come out and help with AC going out. Especially with my elderly father being on oxygen and hard to breathe in the heat.
